Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Our guarantee return policy is purchased within 30 days. We do not tolerate Return Fraud and you will be reported to the appropriate authorities with our findings.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts, or has obvious signs of excessive use is subject to a 25% restocking fee or returned back to customer.

Media, Gift Cards and Vouchers are nonrefundable.

To start your return, request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Any shipment received without an RMA # will not be accepted and will be returned back to customer.

Refunds

Please allow up to 10 days to review and process your refund. The refund will be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment. The shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Final Sale

Unfortunately final sale items cannot be refunded.

Warranty

We do not provide any warranty services. Please check with the product manufacturer for their warranty terms.

Shipping

We recommend return shipping with a tracking service or include insurance. We cannot be responsible for damage or lost package during shipment by your carrier.
